AI parallel dialer

AI parallel dialer for home service sales teams

HomerAI rings up to four leads at once and connects your rep to the first person who answers. Voicemails are screened out, and an AI coach puts a talk track for that exact lead on screen before they say hello.

Included on Growth plans and above.

HomerAI parallel dialer connected to a homeowner, with the live coach flagging a price objection and suggesting a financing response, plus a SPIN talk track: opener, discovery questions, points to land, objection answers and the ask, and the next leads queued below.

Connected to a homeowner: the lead’s notes, the live coach answering a price objection, and a SPIN talk track built from the CRM, with the next leads waiting below.

How a dial block works

More conversations per hour, without more reps

  1. BUILD THE LIST

    Describe who to call

“HVAC and plumbing companies in Texas we haven’t called in 30 days.” Homer turns that into a call queue, leaving out anyone without a number, marked do-not-call, or already in another queue.

  2. START THE BLOCK

    Pick one to four lines

The rep joins once and stays on the line for the whole session. Homer rings the next leads in the queue, as many at a time as the rep chose.

  3. SOMEONE ANSWERS

The first person who picks up gets the rep

Voicemails are detected and screened out. When a person answers, they’re connected straight away and the other lines stop ringing.

  4. THE CALL ENDS

    It’s already written up

Recorded, transcribed, summarized and tagged against the customer. The rep marks the outcome and the next burst goes out.

AI call coach

A talk track for every lead, and a coach on every call

While the phones ring, Homer reads each lead’s CRM notes and writes the opener, the questions and the objection answers. Once someone picks up, it listens and suggests what to say next.

  • Your sales method. SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Gap Selling, NEPQ or consultative. The talk track follows the one you pick.
  • Your pitch, in sections. Greeting, what you sell, who it’s for, pain points, proof, objections and the ask. An AI assistant helps you write and tighten each one.
  • Live coaching. With call recording on, the call is transcribed as it happens. Each time the prospect finishes speaking, Homer suggests the next line, including how to handle the price objection.
  • Context before hello. The lead’s notes, quote history and the home’s details are on the card when the call connects.
Close-up of the HomerAI live coach: it flags a price objection and suggests a financing answer, shows the live transcript, and below it a SPIN talk track with the opener, questions, points to land, objection answers and the ask.

The live coach hears “more than I was hoping to spend” and suggests the financing answer.

Built for how calling actually goes

The right lead, at the right time, and nothing wasted

Warmest calls first

Callbacks that are due go to the top, then people you’ve spoken to who haven’t booked, then leads who’ve picked up at this time of day before. Someone who said “call after 3” isn’t rung at 10.

Your voicemail, left for you

Record one message in your own voice. When a line reaches a business mailbox, Homer waits for the beep and leaves it while the rep is already talking to someone else.

Callbacks reach the rep

When someone you just rang calls back mid-block, they’re connected straight to the rep with their card on screen. If the rep is on a call, a callback task is created and goes to the top of the queue.

Call recording & AI summaries

Every call written up before the rep hangs up the headset

Calls are recorded, transcribed and summarized automatically, then filed against the customer. Homer tags the outcome, so a manager can read the afternoon in a minute.

  • The gist on the record. Whoever picks up the customer next reads three lines instead of replaying six minutes.
  • Outcomes tagged. Interested, callback requested, meeting booked, send info, not interested.
  • A searchable call log. Filter by rep, outcome, direction or AI insight.
  • Straight into follow-up. Send an estimate with a card-payment link, or enroll the lead in a sales sequence.
A recorded outbound call in HomerAI, tagged 'Meeting set', with an AI summary — the customer felt the quote was high, financing was offered at about $129 a month, and an install was pencilled in — followed by the timestamped transcript.
Compliance built in

Faster dialing, without the legal risk of a robocaller

Parallel dialing makes more calls, so the rules matter more. These checks run on every list and every call, not just when someone remembers.

Lists checked before dialing

The whole list is screened before a burst starts. Do-not-call contacts are skipped, and a residential number is only rung when there’s a relationship or consent on record.

Under the 3% abandon limit

The FTC caps abandoned calls at 3% of answered calls. Homer measures your rate and cuts the number of lines automatically as you get close.

Their local time

Leads outside 8am–9pm in their own time zone go to the back of the queue, and the card shows their local time before you dial.

Recording disclosure

With recording on, the prospect hears your disclosure before they’re joined. Live coaching only runs on recorded calls.

Voicemails only where allowed

A recorded voicemail is only left on a business landline. Never a mobile, never a home number. Anything uncertain just hangs up.

Nobody hears silence

If two people answer at once, the one who can’t be connected hears your identification message, not dead air.

For SDR teams

An outbound sales agent that keeps a whole team talking

For a team of SDRs, the Outbound Sales Agent works your call queues from a pool of phone numbers during the calling windows you set. When someone answers, they’re connected to whichever rep has been waiting longest, within the second. There’s no AI voice on these calls: every answered call goes to a person.

Parallel dialer FAQ

Each rep chooses one to four. Two is the default. If your abandoned-call rate gets close to the FTC’s 3% limit, Homer reduces the number of lines automatically until it’s safe again. One line can never abandon anyone, so it’s always available.

Your rep, after a brief pause while Homer confirms it’s a person and not a voicemail greeting. With recording on, they hear your recording disclosure first.

Yes, when they’re your customers or leads: someone who requested a quote, has had work done, or gave consent. Cold-calling residential numbers isn’t allowed, so Homer refuses a home number with nothing on record behind it.

Twilio numbers. You buy them from inside HomerAI or connect your own Twilio account. Twilio’s charges for numbers and call minutes are paid by you, at Twilio’s rates.
