Who we are

AE Technology Solutions ("we", "us") provides HomerAI, a field service management platform for home service businesses. This policy covers information we collect through this website and through the HomerAI product.

Contact details you submit through forms on this site — name, company, email, phone.
Information you provide when you call us or our demo line.
Account and billing information if you become a customer.

Information collected through the product

When you use HomerAI, we process data you and your customers put into it: customer records, job details, equipment history, estimates, invoices, and call recordings and transcripts. As between you and us, this data is yours. We act as a processor on your behalf.

Call recordings

HomerAI answers and may record inbound calls on your behalf. Recording notice is provided to callers according to the requirements of their jurisdiction. Retention periods are configurable by each customer, and recordings are encrypted at rest.

Information collected automatically

Standard web server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — retained for security and diagnostics.

How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve HomerAI.
To respond to enquiries and provide support.
To send service communications about your account.
To send marketing communications, where you've agreed — you can opt out at any time.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

How we do not use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not pool one customer's business data into a shared model that benefits other customers. Your data is used to make the product work for you.

Sharing

We share information only with:

Service providers who help us run the platform — payment processing, telephony, hosting, and infrastructure — under contract and only as needed.
Integrations you enable, such as your accounting system, at your instruction.
Legal authorities, where we are required by law.

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and do not touch our systems.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll act on it.

Customers can export their full business data from HomerAI at any time, in open formats, at no charge.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and limited to staff who need it. We keep audit logs of access to customer data.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Customers control retention periods for call recordings and transcripts.
