No. Office users are unlimited on every plan. Plans are sized by trucks in the field and voice volume, because that's what actually drives our cost — not how many people want to look at the schedule.
Overage is billed per minute at your plan's rate, and we alert you well before you get there. If you're consistently over, we'll move you to the plan that costs you less — we'll tell you, you won't have to notice.
No setup fee, and Starter and Growth are month-to-month — cancel any time. Custom plans are scoped individually and usually run annually because of the implementation work involved.
Nothing on Growth and Custom — we move your customers, equipment history, price book, and open jobs across as part of onboarding. On Starter you import a spreadsheet yourself, and we'll help if it goes sideways.
Yes, and most people do. Upgrading is immediate and prorated, and nothing has to be reconfigured — the extra capability just switches on.
