- Can I customize or adjust the AI prompt?

- Do I need a new phone number to use Homer AI?
- Yes. Homer AI uses Twilio for all voice and SMS functionality, so you'll need a Twilio account and a Twilio phone number. Twilio numbers are very affordable (typically a few dollars per month), and we guide you through the setup process. Once connected, your customers call or text that number and Homer AI handles every interaction automatically.
- Is my data safe with you?
- Absolutely. All conversation data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data, and you retain full ownership of your customer interactions.
